from what i'm hearing its a total nightmare, the links don't work, the add or
remove buttons don't work, actually, not very much works, my friend couldn't
evenlog in at the beginning and when she tried to go to favourites or whatever
its called she gets chucked completely off the site.

  Hi,

There is absolutely nothing I can see wrong with the Asda web site. I did a
shop today in 20 minutes. Anyone care to clarify what's wrong with it?

The only one thing which has always been the case is when you check out,
there is an unlabelled button to continue the checkout process. When you press
checkout the first time it asks if you've forgotten anything and makes
suggestions. If you then hit the unlabelled button you continue to checkout.

So I'm curious. What's wrong with Asda's web site. I can fly round it with
Window-Eyes.

  All the best

  Steve

Hi Trace, Having spoken to Asda staff from South africa to Glasgow today I
eventually got a commitment from a store manager who is responsible for the
online orders to contact the web production unit tomorrow. It’s not just that
the new site remains inaccessible,it is that they provide a link to the old
site which is supposed to remain accessible but for me at least either
doesn’t do anything or simply transports you to the new site! If I do get a
response I will of course post it. Meantime, Tesco seems accessible but in
comparison with ASDA bloody expensive!
