Hi,

You need to specify the Apollo on boot-time using the speakup
speakup_synth command - look at the readme for the Apollo switch. The
nic should be detected if it is a standard model. It is very easy to
configure duel booting, so you may want to do this.

Andrew.

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for your reply.

I noticed the file on the speakup site. So, do I start with a clean
hard drive and just boot from a cd?

I am using a vigor 2600 plugged in to the onboard network card will this
be found automatically?

How about specifying the appollo?

Thanks
