[access-uk] advice on where to set up a list

Hi all,
This message is really directed at those of you who moderate discussion
lists.
As a result of discussions on this list and vi gen access, about banking, I
was wondering whether their would be interest in setting up a list to
discuss problems people had with their banks and security.
My question is, as I have a Yahoo Id and also a google account, which of the
two would people recommend my setting up a group on, or, if I were to set up
such a group on freelists, how easy is it to set up?
