Hi,

So far, I've had four of them reply to me offering no alternative at all. 
That was the first thing I tried. I've had similar issues with several other 
people and they have all been able to offer an alternative. Even Paypal and 
Ebay, whose audio wouldn't work at all on this machine were far more 
accommodating. I couldn't fault them!
