[access-uk] Windows 7 - Turning off screen resources

Hi, somebody on one of these lists last week said that you can go in to control
panel and turn off the video resources in some way i.e. the image then isn't on
the screen. They also said this makes it a bit quicker. Does anybody know where
this is please as I couldn't find it in the obvious places.
