The major boon with 64-Bit versions of Windows is the ability to use more
than approx. 3.2GB of RAM.  So for servers and workstations which run
memory-intensive process this is a great benefit.  However, running some
legacy 32-bit programs, particularly those not designed to run on that
version of Windows can run into annoying problems with WoW implementations.
