Just for clarification, Windows Mail does not come with Windows 7, nor does any other e-mail client. It is most likely that this came preinstalled with the netbook.

I have a netbook with Windows 7 and JAWS 11. So far I have not encountered any problems, though I have not used extensively. My only fault would be I don't particularly like Windows Mail and wish they'd kept Outlook Express.
