Barry, choose the partition other than your operating system partition, then 
that's it! It will install automatically, reboot several times 
automatically, and eventually you'll be able to press Windows U to bring up 
the ease of access centre, tab one time, space, then enter, then Narrator 
will launch, guiding you through the rest of setup.

Chris, anything in particular I should change in the custom install, or is
it self-evident?

EG.  Use narrator during install might be an option, to enable Narrator to
be available when soundcards are loaded?
