Hi Alazdair I’m running your latest version of BBC I player after it self upgraded. I have flash 15 active x installed with the flash 15 plug in. I’m also running win 7 64 bit but unfortunately, I can still not get any AD programmes. Any further thoughts? Working okay here. You shouldn't need Flash installed if you're on Windows 8 or 8.1: Windows 8 or 8.1 comes with the Flash player built into Internet Explorer. See this page: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-issues-windows-8.html I've updated BBC iPlayer TV today, to version 7.3, which should restore the Audio Described category. If anyone wants to check it out that'd be great. Your 7.2 will automatically updated next time you start it. I hear, starting programme, playing programme, but no sound from the programme. Windows 7 home premium 64 bit. Looks like the BBC broke something yet again!
