Press the Windows key.  You should then be in the Search
Box.  Type "System Restore" (without the quotes), and press
enter.

Hi John.

Thanks for your assistance but I'm using VISTA.  Sorry, I
should have made 
that clear in my message.  I think that VISTA in many
instances is very 
similar to XP, just that everything's in different places.
