I've actually got the shoebox version and not the one that you get from the 
RNIB.

You need to install the firmware first and then the TTS.

Did you get the files from the internet? I don't remember a CD coming 
with the firmware when I bought my box from the RNIB. Did you install 
the TTS before or after the other file.
