[access-uk] Tvonics Firmware Upgrade

There are two versions of the Tvonics box. The dTR-500 and the
DTR-z-500. The DTR-500 is the one supplied by RNIB.

The firmware for both boxes has the date of June 2013. The firmware for
the DTR-500 caused the TTS to stop working. There is a notice on that
firmware that it isn't compatible with the box sold by RNIB.

I am checking to see if there is a difference between the DTR-500 and
DTR-Z-500 in terms of how the firmware affects the TTS.

Those of you who have upgraded may find your box crashes when you are
recording or moving around within a recording.
