Hi, there is a tutorial on YouTube with plenty of spoken commentary on accessibility in Android 4.2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYCEUNHZjF8 As this video explains, you can turn on the accessibility by holding down two fingers on the screen until the voice starts, then holding them a bit longer to turn on accessibility in general.
