Hi Steve and Hussein. My experience couldn't have been different. I was frequently overbilled, I was put off when I wanted to complain and worst of all, I was often misinformed about call costs, meaning I was frequently being overcharged for calls I expected to be cheaper than they actually were. They were even charging me for using 195 directory enquiries which should have been free. I've been with a couple of other networks since, but with Three I've found their customer services to not only be extremely helpful, but polite, courteous and extremely quick to resolve an issue.
All the best, Ibrahim.----- Original Message ----- From: "Steve Nutt" <steve@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi Hussein, I feel the same about T-Mobile. I have been with them since they startedoff as One to One, and they have always been great with me. Web 'n Walk is a great package, probably the best data package you'll get in this country. All the best Steve -----Original Message-----From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf OfHussein Patwa Sent: Sunday 7 February 2010 15:51 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: T-Mobile Hi, I don't use WF myself but have found T-Mobile to be reliable, and customer services to be very helpful. I personaly was not happy with '3' and am still trying to resolve a complaint with them that's been running for the last 4 years.I use T-Mobile for both personal and business purposes and after three yearswith them would find it hard to find a reason to change. Part of this is due to their very attractive data offerings. Good luck and all the best. _______________________________________ Have a pleasant day, Kind Regards and Best Wishes, Hussein. I was experiencing quite a lot ofdropped calls and it was just getting embarrassing. I noticed this since I moved house last September. The other services were fine and WF sometimes would not work and calculate a route because I just use to get blank spots on certain roads. I use WF quite a lot mainly for judging distances so Iknow my stop is approaching. I do struggle a bit without WF as my eye sightisn't as good as what it was around 4 years ago. I can't instantly spot landmarks out of the window if the bus is travelling faster than usual. If t-mobile are giving you a web and walk package, I can't see there being aproblem as wayfinder communicates with its servers using standard internet protocols. All the best and sorry to hear you had to move networks.----- Original Message ----- From: SaqibTo: Access-uk Sent: Sunday, February 07, 2010 2:35 PM Subject: [access-uk] T-Mobile Hi. Is there anyone who uses Wayfinder on their T-Mobile phones. I'm switching to T-Mobile and I would like to know if this network blocks theuse of Wayfinder? I know there is one network that actually does this but I can't remember which one it is. It may be O2. The plan I've chosen includes Web & Walk. I get poor coverage on some routs with Three so I have chosen togo back to T-Mobile after 4 years.
