Hi Carol.
All I can say is I've had exactly the same problems, with more
difficulties occuring with the access site. I never use the access site
and just use the normal one instead but there a few problems with that
basket. There is not a link, as far as I know, to empty the basket if you
do the order over a few days and decide you want to start a new one.

Hi all,
I know some others have been having problems with the alteration of items
in your basket recently and I'm still tearing my hair out, having
followed all their recommendations . . .. Could anyone please confirm if
you're having problems doing this using the Access site or the normal
one?
I have managed to get my basket altered once this afternoon on the normal
site but they won't listen to me when I tell them it's not my Internet
Explorer!
Any further help on this would be much appreciated.
