[access-uk] Stuck email in the in box.

Hi List,

I have an email from "mail delivery sub system delivery status report" that is 
stuck in my in box on outlook express. I've tried to delete it but it won't 
budge. I get the  notification "windows encountered an unknown error" Anyone 
know how to get rid of this email? I'm using jaws9 with vista premium
