As long as the account that is passworded is the admin account then no 
amount of reboot will allow others to use it.  I used to have my puter set 
up that way.

Oh yes, I forgot about that. Indeed, even if the screen saver was active she
could easily click restart, but then again if the laptop user had a password
for log in she should be ok?
