Yes but this is my problem I move to the required contact and do as you
say
but it opens on the incorrect contact, I cannot move jaws to the correct
contact that I desire in the list.

I'm using Window-Eyes but I think you can do the same with Jaws. Find the
name of the person you wish to add with your mouse keys and press the
right
mouse button. A drop down list will appear. Arrow up twice and press Enter
on Request Authorisation.
