It seems that an update to the software would be useful, but it could be
that they will wait until a successor to the current hardware is produced

Hi Barry I have the alto 2 mobile phone, I wrote to the rnib with a list
of complaints about the said phone. I don't know what the previous one
was like so cannot give any comments as to any improvements. I did have a
letter back saying that the list of things have been past on to the makers
of the Alto 2 mobile phone. So I guess it is just a waiting game now to see
