hi there well i do understand people have had big problems with this phone from
the rnib having to keep sending it back and forth in my opinion it is far
better to really drive yourself very very hard and learn a touch screen phone
if you can do that.

i understand where jackie is coming from with tellorion you can only use it on
certain hand sets and again with any touch screen the great difficulty for us
is the tex input. i know some people will say why use a braille device but with
my u 2 mini i can use a word processor in braille and i connect via bluetooth
to the iphone or tellorion and send messages in braille. again though not
everyone can aford the high price of the braille note takers and maybe next
year when this new cheap braille display is coming out that could be the answer
for lots of us. again like jackie says it all depends on what you want to use
it for. i have just sourced a great website for getting very very up to date
chess books and there is nothing like reading them from my braille device. i do
think though that the alto 2 is a complete waste of time don't get me wrong
it's just my opinion again for me tellorion would be a loads better choice.
this just shows how we are all different.
