Hi Catherine, I do this all the time, but it does rely on you having an Imap account, rather than a POP3 account. If your provider will allow you to use Imap, then all the Email is server based, rather than client, phone, based. When you then delete an Email, it is deleted on the server and/or the phone, depending on your phone's settings. It is much easier to stay in sync with Imap accounts than it is with Pop3 accounts. So now, I can read Email on my Windows Smart Phone, Windows PDA, or my Symbian phones, as well as on a PC. All the best -- Computer Room Services: the long cane for blind computer users. I have a lot of e-mail, and several rules/folders to manage it in Outlook Express, and I would like to be able to synchronise it with some device and read it while I'm travelling. Is this possible?
