Yup.  Same here, Alison.  It’s not good.  Has anyone called the RNIB about
it?  No point all of us doing that.

Cheers

Subject: [access-uk] RNIB - can we stay in touch?

I received an email from RNIB where you need to click on a link if you want
to stay on RNIB’s database. I completed the form easily enough on my iPhone
but once I pressed the submit buttyon was returned to an identical page
asking identical pages.

So, this morning I completed the form again but this time using my desktop
computer. Again, everything went well but again, after I pressed the submit
button I was returned to an identical page asking identical pages.

Is anyone else having the same experience and should I now assume they have
my completed form? Usually you get a thank you message after completed such
forms.

Alison
