Hi,
I'd have hoped that on completion of a form, you might be taken to a page
that says categorically: "Thank you for completing this form, and not to a
page that looks like "Begin again Finnegan".
Best,
Clive

Yup. Same here, Alison. It's not good. Has anyone called the RNIB about
it? No point all of us doing that.
Cheers

I received an email from RNIB where you need to click on a link if you want
to stay on RNIB's database. I completed the form easily enough on my iPhone
but once I pressed the submit buttyon was returned to an identical page
asking identical pages.
So, this morning I completed the form again but this time using my desktop
computer. Again, everything went well but again, after I pressed the submit
button I was returned to an identical page asking identical pages.
Is anyone else having the same experience and should I now assume they have
my completed form? Usually you get a thank you message after completed such
forms.
Alison
