In regarding the news about RNIB talking books now free to access, why did we
pay for it originally in the first place? I thought it was because the council
couldn't afford it due to the cuts. But I had it free before that. If you're
not reading the books often enough then I could understood the charges, now
that the talking book players we used to use, we kept them. What about the
newer members who can't access online? I think that it's brilliant news that
it's free because now both libraries in accessibility world and local
libraries are free.
