seems these are the usual ambutek canes with different coloured reflective 
tape on them.  why anyone would use anything but a white cane I don't know, 
I can understand deaf blind people using red and white canes, as that's the 
universal sign for deaf blind, but any other colours, EG blue etc, are just 
madness.
