Carol,

I have a couple of Pure products, not the Move, and I'm sure
they have a 2 year manufacturers warranty.  Worth checking
out.

My experience is that the Move certainly needed the
telescopic aerial so I 
probably won't do anything about yours right at this moment,
thanks, but 
will look at perhaps sorting the battery issue.
