If you get to something that is blocked, simply hold down the shift key while 
pressing enter.

  does it also install the google toolbar?  It is really the toolbar and the 
functions of this that are inaccessible.  Certainly, with the toolbar, I find 
it blocks sites I want to access and there's no convenient way of stopping this.

    I found it completely accessible. It is just like the google search engine 
home page, unless they've changed it since I had it. I got rid of it simply 
because my computer was too slow and I was axing anythingI didn't have to have 
running in the background all the time.
