Hi Barry,

I use NOD32 and it has no problems with google. If I remember correctly, when
Google first came out it had some issues with AVG but now all sorted. If you're
not sure about Google there's MSN Search, I think that what it is called,
which's another program to search your hard drive.

Cheers,
Amro

So, if I don't install the toolbar, and I know that it's as accessible as the
on-line Google search, the desktop search isn't really detramental at all. Any
problems with virus and spyware scanners?

  Barry

You get the choice of installing the toolbar when you download it, so I chose
not to.
