Hi
I am waiting for a parcel to be delivered to me here in
France. I purchased a wheelchair from a company in Watford
just over two weeks ago and I am still waiting for the
parcel to come. I arranged the collection and delivery
through parcel force myself but to be honest they have been
so unreliable. They actually lost the parcel and only found
it a week later. How can you lose a parcel that size, it
beggars belief!!
Because I am not impressed with their services, does anyone
on this list know of a good reliable shipping company who
ships abroad? Parcel force customer services are good but
the actual service they provide is rubbish.
