Hi Jill, I use both Just Eat and Hungry House. For a while I have been experiencing the same problem as you, I.E. not being able to log in on Just Eat, so I had taken to using Hungry House more often. I've just tried your suggestion of placing the order beforehand, and the login screen when you come to pay works. I always thought that Hungry House was slightly more difficult to use than Just Eat, but I think I'll be using HH by default now. As I recall, Just Eat always popped up any special/meal deal choices in combo boxes, but I could be wrong. I'm using Internet Explorer 7. I was frustrated at the time, but maybe the message got lost in all the others that day. anyway, using J 10 and IE 7/FF 3, it is definitely less accessible than it was. I can't get the log-in link to work. So last time I didn't bother to log in thinking that when it came to paymenht I'd be asked to do this anyway. I'm able to access menus, but the problem is that some of the options for curries or specials just give you the basic option, and you select the specifics once the meal is added to your basket. It took me ages to figure out that what happens is that the page reloads and there are combo boxes near the top of the page to select the dishes. It's unnerving when you see that you've added a meal to your basket but there's nothing there. I never went any further, as I thought it was quicker ringing the takeaway. I'm not having quite the same problems as you, but it is certainly not as easy as it was. I tried Hungry House, but couldn't finish the order, as the confirmation page never came up. There was no error message, no message saying my card wasn't accepted, just the payment page again, and again, and again!!! Recently they had a total redesign of their website. Since then, it seems that main part of the website, or rather most important part of the website - viewing menus and attempting to order food seems to be totally inaccessible with screenreaders. For those of you who don't know, just eat is a website that lists restaurants in your local area. You enter your postcodes and it lists any available takeaways that deliver to your area and you are able to order food direct from the website. Once you're a registered member you don't even need to enter your address. So ironically most of the newly designed site is even better than the old style, I can view the restaurants in my area, view previous orders ETC., but when I click on particular restaurant to view menu and attempt to order, baisicly after clicking on order food from a particular restaurant button, latest versions of jaws, windoweyes and system access report no content, no links, no buttons, nothing. I haven't yet tried this with any sighted person nor have I tried a sighted person to log on to see what they get, but thought I'd try here to see if anyone had any experiences with this site. Also I do wonder if it is an IE8 issue, since that is what I'm using, although it's strange how everything else on the site works fine, but I guess anything is possible. Thanks in advance for any help.
