Hi,

Another vote for the Freecom's.  They seem to take all you can throw at it.
I've also found them to be better at data corruption protection.  The
original ones didn't look all that pretty but now you can buy some of them
in a range of colours.  You can even get changeable covers.

I also like the ability to either connect the drive directly to the computer
via its integrated cable, or use the longer detachable one if needed.
