Hi.
Well, depends what kind of card you have. You could either use a coaxial connection from the back of your freeview box if it has one, to connect to the TV tuner input on the back of your TV card obviously you'd need a coaxial socket on the TV card as well. The alternative would be to plug a scartt cable in to your freeview box, then the other end has RCA phono plugs on it to plug in to your TV card assuming it has RCA connections. you need to find out the type of tuner card you have then i could probably shed some more light.
