RCA connectors are 3 connectors in a line the same size. a coaxial connector is a single round connector, its quite a wide connector. on some cards it sticks out from the back of the card.

Hi.

Not sure if i replied to this before or not, but as i said if you have a coaxial tuner connection on the card, then use that for the connection from your freeview box and tune the card to the channel to watch your freeview box output. If you have the 3 RCA connections, then use a scartt to RCA cable.
