You can't unless you have an old type dial-up modem connected.  If so then
perhaps yes. There used to be a piece of software out there called Prima
Dialer Pro which sent a dial tone to your desktop speakers. You simply held
the reciever up to the speakers, then hit autodial within the software to
get connected. I've been waiting for years for a Jaws scripter to achieve an
audio dialer of some sort, but it just hasn't happened.
PS. Connecting a dial-up modem as well as a high speed modem to your
desktop, simply for the sake of achieving an audio tone through your
speakers can be a serious security risk.
