Ibby, If the box has been checked, then when you start inputting an e-mail
address, then pressing control +K with part of the address in should do it.

Within Outlook options go to E-mail options. Now tab to Advanced options.
The next part is what is going to do the job. Check the box marked suggest
names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields.

Hi Folks,
I remember that in older versions of Microsoft Outlook, you could check a
box that enabled you to add anyone that you replied to in to your contacts.
Can anyone tell me where in 2003 this feature might be?
At the moment I open a message, go to the from field, press the application
key, cursor up to add to contacts, press control+S to save the contact, and
press the escape key to get out.
