Hi Mandy
When you have finished shopping you need to locate the checkout securely button
and hit enter on it, sometimes you need to do this twice. If you've got items
you have ordered from previous orders that you haven't ordered this time it
will often take you to a before you go screen suggesting you might have
forgotten to order something you ordered before, I have seen this come up a
second time as well even if you select the continue checkout button at this
point, once you get past this you get to the billing Iceland securely screen
and you should be able to tab through the fields oar use your screen reader's
navigation keys to move between the fields. Once you've filled them all in you
will get to the order button, it will display an order confirmation screen and
then you will get an order confirmation email. Hope that helps! Cheers!
Graham

We did an Iceland shop yesterday and just couldn't check out our order, Brian
even had someone from Iceland trying to help and just went round in circles. I
have managed in the past, eventually our neighbour did it on Brian's iPhone.

Hi,
You don't need priority access with Iceland, they are just so good.
I just checked now and I could get a delivery for tomorrow.
All the best

If you go to RNIB and ask for priority slot access, they'll take you through an
application process and get you in with a new supermarket.
Iceland is one of those, and I use it. the good thing about Iceland is their
website is accessible, and all the cooking instructions are on line too!

In principle, you are quite right about Sainsbury's deliveries. However, some
of the guys will bring goods into the house once they know you.
They are incredibly reliable, and have just introduced an online invoicing
system.
The most reliable, and consistent of all those which I have tried, is Iceland.
So far tried are:
Sainsbury, Iceland, Waitrose, Morrison's, Tesco.
BTW: you can buy an annual delivery ticket from Sainsbury which gives free
delivery within their quieter hours.

Message Body HiAll.
I used to shop at Morrisons, even had a delivery pass but their slots are now
almost impossible to get. They do, however, do a doorstep delivery where you
phone a different number, give your list (it can just be three items if you
like) and it is delivered the very next day and you simply pay with your card
at the door.
Only problem, you don't know what you will get and what will be substituted.
So now I shop with Tesco but they won't take on new dekivery passes and I have
to pay £4'50 for every dekivery.
I am registered with all of these supermarkets and am looking at Sainsbury's.
I have always liked Sainsbury's and like their app but I read in an email that
they won't bring shopping into the house and that you have to provide bags or
containers for them to load your shopping into. We tend to buy a lot so this
would not work.
Pealease, anybody shopping with Sainsbury's, is this what happens?
Also, are they taking on new delivery passes?
Sorry for the length of this email.
Mandy.
