Hi, I agree, I use Sainsbury’s all the time, and once the delivery people know
you they will come into the house and put things on your countertop for you.
They are extremely good, one person in my road was having a delivery at six in
the evening, I could not get my delivery until 730, but the man had the sense
to come and see if I was in and delivered it when he delivered the other ladies
shopping. Hope this helps

Message Body HiAll.
I used to shop at Morrisons, even had a delivery pass but their slots are now
almost impossible to get. They do, however, do a doorstep delivery where you
phone a different number, give your list (it can just be three items if you
like) and it is delivered the very next day and you simply pay with your card
at the door.
Only problem, you don't know what you will get and what will be substituted.
So now I shop with Tesco but they won't take on new dekivery passes and I
have to pay £4'50 for every dekivery.
I am registered with all of these supermarkets and am looking at Sainsbury's.
I have always liked Sainsbury's and like their app but I read in an email
that they won't bring shopping into the house and that you have to provide
bags or containers for them to load your shopping into. We tend to buy a lot
so this would not work.
Pealease, anybody shopping with Sainsbury's, is this what happens?
Also, are they taking on new delivery passes?
Sorry for the length of this email.
Mandy.
