[access-uk] Olympus recorder not showing up on desktop

Hi,
My LS100 has stopped appearing on the desktop when I connect it to my computer.
It makes a noise when I plug it in and it says 'battery charging' but it
doesn't appear to be connected.
Please can anyone suggest what settings it's worth checking on the recorder?
