  Our VAT guys stressed that the VAT here is actually "Zero Rated", which is 
different from "Exempt", albeit it amounts to the same nil value at the moment.

  I honestly think we should stop saying VAT exemption for Apple products, 
because that is the one thing we really know to be true.
