Hi Jackie,

Another senior moment I'm afraid.

Could you please remind me of the steps to upgrade my Stream. I remember the last couple of steps but have forgotten the first stages like switching off airplane mode. I wish they had put in comprehensive notes in the manual so that we have it for reference.

Stream if anyone is interested.  To get it, turn off Airplane Mode on the
VRS, and the announcement should pop up.
