[access-uk] NVDA review mode problem on HP laptop

Hi all,
I use NVDA on a Limovo laptop with no problem but on my HP laptop at a
holiday location I cannot get the review mode. The Function button is
overlaying the numpad as it should but the keys capslock+ fn+7 do not switch
on the Screen review on numpad 7 as it should.
Any thoughts appreciated.
