Thanks, that is excellent, but I also wish to receive messages in plain
text. How do I do this?

Hi,

In Outlook 2010:

1. Press Alt+F to open the Home menu.

2. Cursor down to Options.

3. Move to the Mail tab.

4. The option is the second one down, after Editor Options. It's a drop
down list. You can change the format to HTML, Rich or plain text.

Hi all

Can someone please tell me how to change my emails from HTML to plain text,
both for receiving and sending? I am using Windows 7 with MS Outlook 2010.

Thanks.
