[access-uk] Listen again - again!

Hello listers,
Further to my original message which concerned me being unable to launch
the programme.
Here is the error message when I try and open it:-
Component "moc3260.dll" or one of its dependancies not correctly registered : a
file is missing or invalid.
Can anyone advise?
Does anyone know how toe contact Alasdair King for advice?
