[access-uk] JAWS installation problem

Hi Folks,
Can anyone help with this one please?
I have just purchased a new Dell laptop with Windows XP Pro. Pentium
Centrino 1.7GHZ Mobile processor, 2 gigabytes of RAM memory, 100 GB hard
drive and
DVD re-writer.
Unfortunately, every time I try to install my 5.10 XP pro JAWS the laptop
comes up with that blue screen of death.
The message that appears is something like "JAWS SVID.dll dumping to
memory." There is also a long series of numbers that seem to look like a
memory address
and then the laptop crashes and has to be turned off.
On turning the laptop back on again it will work perfectly but the JAWS 5.10
just will not install.
I have managed to install an older XP pro 4.2 version with no problems but I
would like to get it up to the 5.10.383 which is the version on my desktop
PC.
Any help much appreciated!
