If you have JAWS 2020 installed, you can use the check for updates function and
download the 2021 release that way, that worked seamlessly for me.

I have a full offline copy of jaws 2021, so I could dropbox it if anyone wants

Hi Everyone.
Just a heads up to everyone using JAWS 2020, you will shortly be prompted to
upgrade to JAWS 2021 if you have a current SMA count remaining. I was prompted
to do this this evening and I’m pleased to say the upgrade and settings
transfer process went smoothly without a hitch. I can honestly say too that
upgrading has been one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had, especially
considering this is a major not minor release to the software.
