Hi I'm having exactly the same issue on the machine I'm writing from now,
although last night on another system the check for updates worked
perfectly, also at the moment if I try to navigate to the JAWS HQ Section of
the FS website I also get an error, so, guess we need to wait until they get
up lol!

As I just wrote, that doesn't work at the moment, but it is probably

If you have JAWS 2020 installed, you can use the check for updates function
and download the 2021 release that way, that worked seamlessly for me.

I have a full offline copy of jaws 2021, so I could dropbox it if anyone

Hi Everyone.
Just a heads up to everyone using JAWS 2020, you will shortly be prompted to
upgrade to JAWS 2021 if you have a current SMA count remaining. I was
prompted to do this this evening and I'm pleased to say the upgrade and
settings transfer process went smoothly without a hitch. I can honestly say
too that upgrading has been one of the smoothest experiences I've ever had,
especially considering this is a major not minor release to the software.
