yes I do understand what your saying here, but I never ever carry cash, all my transactions are done using my card, to get to my bank I have to go in to town which is about four miles away, then come back out of town to do my shopping, a complete waist of diesel for my car I think. Thanks every one for your advice and help on this. I have a few avenues to go and look at now. Many thanks everyone. I would have thought the support staff or managemnet should be able to find out how you can get round this problem. Not sure ringing the bank would be of any help, i find you usually end up with someone form aboroad is is less than helpful. It may be helpful if you can to meet the manager at your local branch and discuss it. brian -------------------------------------------------- From: "Adrien Collins" <adriencollins22160@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, July 10, 2011 9:26 AM To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [access-uk] Re: Is it illegalHI Andrew I do it but I only go out with people I trust, mum or my friend. I wouldn't ask a stranger and the person in the shop wouldn't do it for me. I do it because I can't reach the keypad or atm. By what you say you couldn't even sign as you can still get chip and sign cards, all my cards are chip and sign but you have to request them. I am diabetic and have berry bad neuropathy which is affecting my fingers now meaning that I cannot feel things properly, such as the little pip on the number five. I am so determined to fight the place where I live over this. I look forward to any help regarding this problem. Many thanks in advance.
