The department list is working as I would expect in Firefox. This is a change from the last time I looked. Something must have changed.

Well, I have had problems with the listboxes on amazon for a few weeks now,
but I have just tried it out three times and it is working as normal.

The problem may or may not be cured, if not solved. If anyone else who had
difficulties tries amazon please let us know what happens.

I wish somebody could tell us why it could be JFW9 that creates this
problem, makes no sense to me at all -

Yep, very strange. I didn't have any issues with any other sites other
than Amazon. The home page would crash IE but there were some pages that
were ok so I ended up bookmarking the 'Your account' page and going
straight there for a while but I use Amazon a lot for buying and selling
and so needed to sort it. The upgrade to version 11 did that.

Kevin - yes, JFW9. Just doesn't make sense why only with Amazon? -

What version of JAWS are you using? I had this problem using JAWS
version 9. I was planning to upgrade to version 11 anyway before
experiencing this issue on Amazon but this was the final kick up the
backside to do it and I haven't had the problem since.

Definitely IE and not Amazon! What version if IE are you running? Are
ALL your windows updates up to date?

keeps
happening with Amazon, and not with other websites; this implies to
me, that
the problem is in some way with Amazon, rather than IE. Anybody any
