The first link is an online image optimiser.  No need to download or install
anything.  But these online tools can be slow and make their money from
advertising.

  The second link is to SnapFiles which is one of the better software
directories.  Plenty of apps to choose from.  Read the reviews and ratings
and go with whatever best suits your needs.  FWIW, IrfanView has been around
for donkey's years and has an excellent reputation,
