Do this by pressing Caps Lock and the 1 key for links, or Caps Lock and Tab for the main Item Finder dialog box. Also, trying to run the browser in Compatibility Mode or similar may help. Is there a specific part of the Regular Payments section, i.e. a specific element you are having difficulty accessing? What specifically are you trying to do that you are unable to without sighted assistance? also, which screen reader are you using? These details may help someone to more directly answer your query as others with the same screen reader for example may be having the same issue or have a workaround.
